• Please make sure your address and contact info are correct and valid. ANY LOST, undelivered items due to the wrong information provided, seller WILL NOT take any responsibility.

 DAMAGE, IMPERFECTION & FITTING:

 

• All items are brand new and checked before shipped
• We will NOT take any responsibility on the damages during the transit if package was signed as normal
• Buyer will recommend to inspect the item before sign for as receiving, and if the item was damaged, please DO NOT sign for it.
• IF buyer has signed parcel as normal but found out there is a damage later. Buyer are welcome to return it back to us and we will offer FREE repairs, but return shipping costs will be paid by buyer.
• Due to the characteristics of carbon fiber production, tiny air bubble, wavy weave and blemish on the clear coat is inevitable and we DO NOT classify this as imperfection. However, we will try all the best to avoid this and provide you the best.
• All the parts have been tested on cars before moulding to ensure the fitment. We highly recommend buyers to install the parts by professional body kit shop which has experience in fitting FIBBER GLASS/ CARBON FIBER body kits.
• Due to all these items are handcrafted mould and production, little adjustment, sanding, trimming or cutting might be needed

 

 Warranty / Liability: 

 

All products sold by our store are sold ‘as is” to the customer. We are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained as a result of using these products. The removal of any safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Some of our products can affect fuel consumption, acceleration and top speed of your vehicle. We are not responsible of  the customers driving technique once our parts are fitted or any additional costs including fuel costs. We are not responsible for the customer’s actions.
Money back guarantee terms and conditions: We will issue a full refund minus the original cost of shipping if our body kit can not be fitted. Fitment must be carried out by a professional aftermarket body shop and we will require a letter from the garage stating that fitment is impossible along with photo evidences. It is eligable for a refund if you notify us of fitment issues within 14 days of receiving the body kit. It will be your responsibility to return the body kit to us at your own expense. All items must be returned in the same condition as we sent them out.

Please note: we can not refund the original cost of shipping or the cost of returning an item to us.
